It's never terrible here, but it's never good either. The coffee is inconsistent, the service is friendly but sometimes slow. I will stop here, but it is not my first choice.
Donuts stale. Service lousy! No cream in the Boston cream donuts. Bring back Krispy Kream donuts please!
Purchase 2 ex-large coffee with 8 sugar and 8 creams. Drive home to realize I have 2 black coffees, no sugar and no cream. The receipt has the right order on it but I have the wrong order. Drive all the way back 30 minutes and for my inconvenience they're giving me 2 Donuts. The craziest thing is, they took the same coffee that I brought back and put sugar and cream in it. I'm never coming to Dunkin Donut again. What in the world is wrong with this place?
I just want to let you know Sharon was working her ass off this morning, and someone was on "break " in the middle of a rush, you don't go on break when there is a line out the door. I am here everyday. Great coffee and most of the times great service.
Clean and quiet DD. Ordered 10 munchkins and a frozen hot chocolate. Hot chocolate just tasted like I've watered down chocolate milk. I found it to be good but it was almost$4 for a small so I think that DD could do much better. I'm not blaming the specific store because they follow the companies procedures since it's a franchise, but DD could do WAY better.
