Typically I have a pleasant experience with PNC-EAST Stroudsburg, but this interaction made me consider switching my usual branch. After my debit card expired at the end of the month, I still had not recieved my replacement card in the mail. I stopped in to see if a replacement was sent via mail and the woman said there was no record of one being sent out. I asked her to put in an order for a new one to be mailed out and she assured me it was ordered and it will arrive via mail within 5-7 business days. After two additional weeks had passed with nothing arriving in the mail I called to check in. The woman that had worked with me before helped me again. She assured me that no order was made AGAIN. I went to a different branch and got my card the same day but after about 3 weeks worth of being without. I was very inconvenienced.
