I hate the checkouts. There are too few checkout cashier's and it takes forever to checkout of the store. The wait is too long.I could check 5 stars ex except for the checkouts
I'm able to find just about anything. From food to clothing and even oil for my car. I love the hours open early at 6AM and close at 12 AM. It is the perfect place to go around the holidays. It is easy enough to find someone to help due to the blue vest or shirt uniform. There is also a bank and a few shops inside. The customer service line sometimes can take a while. Over all it is a quick one stop shop. They now have self check out which I often use. The one down fall for me is lack of adequate parking lot security, there are several cameras.
The lines are always long. There's like 3 registers only open. The store never has what you're looking for in stock. Just a terrible store all in all. So many better options nearby.
It's Walmart what can you say. The employees are nice though, at least the ones we've encountered. I noticed most of them are cruising around on their phones and aren't actually working.
I purchased an item online yesterday to pick up at store, I got an email saying the order was canceled so I called them to see what was going on. After the 3rd time I tried calling they answered and I was transferred back and forth, 14 minutes later they hung up on me. I called back and they said call back again in 30 minutes because they are busy. I called back and I was told the ONE PERSON THAT COULD HELP ME left for the day and to call back tomorrow. I just went online and the item I purchased was just sold out. Awesome. Great communication there guys
