Cynthia Ortiz is an amazing manager with fantastic customer service. We came to her location tiered from few days drive and she helped us find a great storage space in New Jersey even though it was not her East Strasbourg location. Cynthia goes above and beyond normal customer service!!

I reserved a climate controlled storage unit. The unit was in very nice condition and exact dimensions as stated on the website. It was my first time renting a storage unit and Frank Rodriguez was extremely helpful and polite. Walked me through every step of the process and showed me how everything works. Right behind him I could see the cameras cycling so I knew my things would be safe. They offer a insurance for your unit as well if desired for a reasonable price (kind of like renter's insurance). I would highly recommend ExtraSpace Storage to anyone in the area looking for a quality and secure place to store your things.
Good evening Linda at extra storage was very patience, understanding and considerate with her time. We drove all the way from New York City, she waited for us. Linda took her time to explain the different prices, and storages units she also showed us their other facility on Franklin Hill Road. She is an amazing and valued employee. Extra Space Storage should be glad to have her, I know we were fortunate to have her help us and made this a very pleasant experience that she was here to assist us. She has a very pleasant, kind personality. She went above and beyond and stayed an extra hour and a half for us to complete our lease.
